Terms of Service

These terms explain how consultations and programmes work, so both of us know what to expect.

Last updated: 4 October 2026

About the service

Nutrition with Richa offers nutrition and food routine guidance by Richa Agarwal, nutritionist. Guidance is educational and practical. It is not medical diagnosis and it does not replace care from your doctor.

Who can book

You must be 18 or older to book. A parent or guardian must book and attend any session about a child. Pregnancy nutrition is not offered.

Booking and fees

Fees are shown on the Fees page and confirmed in writing before you pay. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Your part

  • Share accurate information about your health, medicines and food habits.
  • Tell Richa about any changes in your health or your doctor's advice.
  • Keep seeing your doctor for diagnosis, tests and medicines.
  • Join your sessions on time. Please see the Refund Policy for rescheduling.

Results

Every person is different. Outcomes depend on many things, including your health, your routine and how closely you follow the plan. No specific result is promised.

Your plan

Your plan is written for you. Please do not share, copy or sell it. What works for you may not be suitable for someone else.

Free tools and Eva

The calculators provide general estimates, and Eva is an automated assistant. Their results and replies are not a diagnosis or a personal treatment plan. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional about medical concerns.
