My story

Why I chose nutrition

My interest in nutrition started with something very simple: wanting to understand how our everyday choices can affect our health and overall well-being.

As I started learning more about nutrition, I realised that being healthy is not just about what we eat. It is also about our lifestyle, our daily habits, our priorities and the way we take care of ourselves.

There is no one approach that works for everyone. Every person is different, with different needs, routines, preferences and goals.

That is what made me want to take nutrition forward as a career: to help people understand their own needs and make healthier choices that fit into their everyday lives.

“No fancy foods. No complicated diets. Just simple, balanced home food and healthier everyday habits.”

How we work together

Your life comes before the plan.

  • I listen first. Your routine, your tastes and your kitchen matter.
  • Vegetarian, non-vegetarian, Jain or vegan: your preferences shape the plan.
  • A few clear changes at a time, explained in English or Hindi.
  • Food guidance alongside your doctor’s care.
