FAQ

Questions before you begin

Clear answers to the things people ask most.

Who is Richa Agarwal?

Richa Agarwal is a nutritionist and the founder of Nutrition with Richa. She holds a Diploma in Applied Nutrition, Food Science and Dietetics from NFNA Education Pvt. Ltd. (2026), with eight NFNA specialist modules including PCOS, thyroid, diabetes, heart health, fatty liver, kidney health, uric acid and geriatric nutrition.

What makes her approach different?

Richa starts with the food your home already cooks. Dal, roti, sabzi, rice and curd stay on the table. She adjusts proportions, timings and small habits, so the plan is easy to follow and easy to keep.

Are consultations online?

Yes. Consultations are held online by video or phone call, for Indian families in India. Talks for companies and schools can be held online, or in person in Gurgaon and Delhi NCR by arrangement.

Do you work with Indian families living abroad?

Richa currently focuses on Indian families in India. If you live abroad, please enquire first. Availability and suitability are confirmed before any booking.

Will I have to give up roti, rice or my favourite foods?

No. The plan is built around what you like and what your kitchen cooks. Most changes are about balance, portions and timing.

I am vegetarian. Can you plan for me?

Yes. Vegetarian, non-vegetarian, Jain and vegan food preferences are all welcome. Tell Richa what your home eats and she plans around it.

Which health conditions do you support?

Richa offers nutrition support for PCOS, thyroid conditions, diabetes, heart health, fatty liver, kidney health and high uric acid alongside your doctor's advice. She also works with families, children and older adults.

Do you offer pregnancy nutrition?

No. Pregnancy nutrition is not offered at present. Please speak to your obstetrician for guidance.

Do I need medical reports?

For general wellness, no. If you have a health condition, recent reports and your doctor's advice help Richa plan safely. Share them only after your consultation is confirmed.

Do you prescribe medicines or supplements?

No. Medicines stay with your doctor. Richa gives food and routine guidance only.

What are the fees?

A 45–60 minute initial consultation is ₹599–799. Ask Richa whether an introductory offer is available. The 4-week programme is ₹1,999 and the 12-week programme is ₹4,999. Richa confirms the applicable fee before you pay.

How do I book?

Use the Book a consultation page, or send a WhatsApp message. Richa replies with the next steps and available times.

What happens in the first consultation?

You talk through a normal day of eating, your routine and your goal. Richa then suggests two or three changes to begin with and sends a short written summary.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your details are used only to respond to you and to provide your consultation. Read the Privacy Policy for full details.

Richa works alongside your doctor, not instead of them. Nutrition guidance does not replace medical care.
