Refund and Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling

You can reschedule a session once at no charge if you tell us at least 24 hours before the start time. Later changes depend on availability.

Cancelling a single consultation

• Cancel 24 hours or more before the session: full refund.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before, or miss the session: no refund, but we will try to offer another slot once.

Programmes

• Cancel before your first programme session: full refund.
• Cancel after the programme has started: sessions already held and work already done are charged. The balance is refunded.
• A programme can be paused once for travel, illness or family reasons. Tell us and we will agree new dates.

If Richa needs to cancel

If Richa has to cancel a session, you can choose a new time or a full refund for that session.

Talks for companies and schools

Terms for talks are agreed in writing with each organisation at the time of booking.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Bank and payment gateway charges, if any, may be deducted.
